POLICIES

These policies are put in place to keep all inconvenience or issues to a minimal, my cleaning business is fully insured under my ABN & I also obtain a valid Police check and WWCC, these are there to keep my business and yourself safe and yours and my mind at ease, you'll know your working with someone trustworthy and reliable.

CANCELTIONS- all cancellations with out a 24hours heads up will incure a $25 Canceltion fee, rescedules can automatically wave this fee but if canceled upon the second booking, the fee will need to be paid in full ASAP. (any cancellations on my part in less than 24 hours will get $5 off their next booked in clean)

LATE FEES- all invoices have 3 days to be paid in full from the date of the delievered invoice or you will incure a $15 late fee for each 24hours over the set date, unless agreed upon other wise.

FREE QUOTES- for quotes to be done as accurately as possible i will need to visit or veiw photos of the premis i will be cleaning, all traveling out side 20kms will incure a travel fee for there quote, you can opt to send detailed photos of the areas you want clean which is completely free.

INCONVENIENCE FEE- an inconvenience fee will be injured when the wrong packages are chosen for the cleans, or if you're not wanting to send photos/ or allow me to see the primises before the first clean that will indure an automatic outmatic inconvice fee added to quote/bill, not seeing/knowing what clean your walking into can make the job harder/longer

MINIMAL HOUR BOOKINGS - all first client cleans have to be a minimal of 2 hours, all cleans after that are a minimal 1 hour per booking, All houskeeping is minal 2 hours for time to do loads of washing, and extras. All other things can usually be done in the 2 hours depending how much work is to be done. Diamond package cleans are 3hours minimal as these cleans are top to bottom extreme cleans

TRAVEL FEE- 20kms out of my business location will incure a $1.50PerKM past the 20kms and will need to be paid in full before travel .
